Windows Backup - Access Denied

When ever my scheduled back up runs, I keep getting an an error message
saying "Last Back Up failed" when I click for details it says "Access
Denied". I checked the sharing and permissions on the back up drive and
eveything seems to be correct. Is this a glich with VISTA? Any help?
