Cryptographic Services service failed to initialize...

These Red Alerts are happening all of a sudden in Event
Viewer/Application
Logs.

They'll occur every 9 seconds in Groups of 3, then stop, then
mysteriously
start up again.:sarc:

All the other logs are fine. Cryptographic Services is started
according to Services.msc

Details as follows. Any ideas anyone as I can find nothing online
pertaining to Vista?
