RE: MSASCui.exe - Unable to locate component - reinstall MsMpRes.dll?

MSASCui is Window's Defender. Is Window Defender working properly? If not
you may need to reinstall it, you can download it from the Microsoft download
site. Or uninstall it first see if the problem persists and then install as
new.
