Elevation of privilege question and Support Tools
With UAC turned on, I was surprised to learn I could not execute
[ipconfig/flushdns] from the command line - an error was returned stating
elevation required, even though I was running with Admin priveleges. From
the command-line there was no option offered to raise priveleges, or
acknowledge the attempted action from a pop-up, as with other Admin actions
invoked via the GUI, so that I could execute the CMD command.

Two questions:

1) Is there a way to run all Support Tools/Resource Kit Tools from the
CMD-line without turning off UAC, and;

2) Are there Support Tools included with the Vista installation CD and/or
Resource Kit Tools as a download, as there were in XP? (Could I simply run
the XP suptools.msi on Vista, or would there be missing Vista-specific
untilities and perhaps obsolesced XP tools I wouldn't need?)

Thanks,
J
