Add new network location

I am trying to add a new network location to my server in http.

Following the on screen prompts it will only allow me to add an ftp
connection, (connection works fine) but FrontPage Server Extentsions not
working in ftp.

For my web site to work with an added response form i need to upload in http
not ftp.

Please can anyone help with http
