remote access connection manager stops

When I try to VPN into work I get a remote access connection manager stops
error about 75% of the time, 25% of the time i log in successfully.

In the event viewer the message is

I am using PPTP and eas security ras. Our vpn server is setup for pptp and
as i mentioned i can log in 1 out of every 4 times on average.
