Vignesh,
You say that you've disabled the firewall (on both Vista computers?). Have you
looked for other security components, like antivirus packages?

If you are absolutely certain that the problem isn't a low level component like
a personal firewall or antitrojan / antivirus product, look at authentication.
Is Password Protected Sharing Enabled or Disabled? Are the right accounts
enabled to provide network access?
