Unable to upload

Hello, Ive been having this problem for about a month now, I was able to
upload on my network and on the internet. Then all of a sudden aim unable to
transfer files over the internet or on my network I have other non vista
systems on the network and they are fine I have the latest updates and all. I
can browse on the web, play games, download on P2P networks and all please
help Ive Tried turning of the Firewalls and all.
