Anltenate Network Configuration Not Working For Dhcp Off Network

Plz Solve my problem ..

I have multiple Networks Running in my PC (vista 32 Business SP2).

1. DHCP on 2.DHCP off

In the TCP/IP Properties i set up alternative configuration ..

BUT

Its working only for the DHCP ON network .. IF i change the to the DHCP OFF network its showing only the Limited Connectivity ..

when i see the ipconfig for DHCP ON its showing as below

my original configuration was

IPv4 Address. : 10.40.127.108
Subnet Mask .: 255.255.255.192
Default Gateway .: 10.40.127.65

when i replace my DHCP ON network its not working and also ipconfig was

to work on the DHCP ON network I need to set the alt.conf to auto mode
