Sending propriety IE elements using Hosted Network Native WiFi APIs

Hi Guys,
I am working on a Wi-Fi project which needs to send propriety IE elements in using Hosted Network Access Points. One of the API which I came to know is WlanSetPsdIeDataList, but I found that it send blob data with Microsoft as vendor and OUI of Microsoft. Is there any other API or any other way I can send My own propriety IE elements under my own OUI? It will be great help to me if I would be able to get response to this query.
