Easy Transfer won't work

I am running XP and Vista RC2 on my old computer. Vista Home Premium on the
new one.

I connected the new one to my router and can see the old computer on the
network. I can even manually transfer files from the old to the new.

But Easy Transfer says it can't find the old computer. Anyone have any
suggestions?
