I would like Vista to include my NAS in the indexing of my drives but can't
see this location when I try to Modify Locations in the Indexing menu. Is
this not possible with Home Premium or is there a work-around?
Hi
While Vista is usually installed with NTFS most stand alone NAS' are Not
Formatted with NTFS.
Maybe this can Help, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displayLang=en
Mapping Folders on the NAS, and adding the mapped dives to the indexing help
sometimes too.
