Vista Business w Documents folder redirected to network shared

Hello,

I have all of our users's My Document redirected to their folder on a
network share (K:\Username)
After I deployed Vista Business desktops I noticed that those user's folders
were changed from the User's login name (SmithJ for example) to Documents
(and the folder icon is now something else) when you look from any vista
computer you see multiple DOCUMENT folders instead of the user name.

Its really annoying, is there a way to get this to return to the way it was
pre-vista (other than not using vista)?
