ERROR MESSAGE ON REBOOT

Each time I restart Windows VISTA home premium, I get the following message

Microsft Sync Center has stopped Working

I have absolutely nothing attached or sync on this laptop.

Anyway to stop this message from coming up each time I boot my computer.
