Netmon - None of the adapters are bound to the netmon driver

I explored fixing this myself only to come across this advice:

"add your account to the netmon users group"

Ok. I type in the Help and Support "Netmon users group" only to get 0
results found.

I then look at my user account which only asks if i want to change my
picture or add an account.

I am administrator.

My network adapter was bound before upgrading to Vista.

I reinstalled Netmon 3 and the adapter is not bound.

What do I have to do to get this to work?

when you launch Netmon, right-click on netmon and select "run as
administrator".
You can also force it to always launch in administrative mode by opening the
properties of the Icon, go to the "Shortcut" tab, click on the "advanced"
button, and select "Run as administrator".
