compaq nc3121 NIC

I installed windows vista ultimate, but I cant get online vista doesn't
recognize my compaq nc3121 NIC fast ethernet card. I've tried to find
drivers online to make it work but can't find anything. Please Help Me

Two possibilities:

1. Install the Windows XP driver and see if it works. Make a restore
point first in case of problems.

or:

2. Replace the NIC with a new one that has Vista drivers.
