Error 734: PPP link control protocol was terminated

I'm using my cell phone as a bluetooth modem to connect my laptop to
internet, I dialed, validate user and password, and when the computer
try to register on the network i get this error 734.

Registering your computer on the network....
Error 734: The PPP link Control Protocol was terminated.
