Network Printer is Offline

Vista SP1

I setup a network printer in Vista but when I restarted the computer
I'm unable to print to it. The printer shows as being off line and
haven't been able to bring it back on line. The only way I can print
to this printer again is to add a new printer. What do I need to do
so these printers are seen by vista after a restart?
