printer sharing problem

Printer sharing between laptop and home computer. Printer cna be shared with
laptop and used until either laptop or hmone ocmputer shut down, then I have
to deleter printer from laptop and reinstall. any help would be appreciated.

Why do you have to delete and re-install?
