downloading.

I am having problems when I get to a page to download it from it sweepskates.
The page can be one that downloads from a site. It will do it sometimes
but, most of the time it will not. This is Smootie King. It will download
to 99% and stop and will not go any longer and never opens the page. Is
there anyone out there that can help me? Thank you.

I'm sorry but your post isn't clear to me. Download what from where? What is
"sweepskates"? Give the url you are having problems with so others can
check it out for you. What is "Smootie King", a program you want?

1. Can you download anything else from anywhere else?
2. What browser are you using? If IE, can you download "Smootie King" (or
whatever) using an alternate browser like Firefox?
3. How do you connect to the Internet (method/ISP)?

Provide more details, please.
