Remote Desktop over Hamachi

Anyone have success running RD over Hamachi on Vista Business? I'm having
trouble running it over a non-corporate network environment (everyone has
their own stand-alone laptop, works out of their house, everyone has a
different router, and some are on cable, others on DSL). I'm putting in the
Hamachi IP and then hitting connect, but get the response "THis computer
can't connect to the remote computer. Try again or contact your network
admin."

Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers, etc. would be very much appreciated.

1. Make sure users names and passwords are in sync
2. Make sure firewalls are allow passage.
