offline files causing non stop HD activity

Hello.

My domain is a 2003 SBS and my laptop is not domained, only have the
files at the server and the user login to reach the files(15GB).

When the laptop is connected in another network by 3G lets say works
fine and quick, when I connect to the domain network, the activity in
the HD increase the HD led is almost always on or blinking, and I see
in the R & P
counters a process (svchost I think) reading a lot of files at CSC,
and the status of the offline files stay offline. I try already
disable-restart enable-restart the offline feature but the problem
continue.

Some one have a solution for me?
