Firewall Event 5152 and 5157

ID Message
5152 The Windows Filtering Platform blocked a packet.
5157 The Windows Filtering Platform has blocked a connection.

I've got these events from Vista Business security event log. Event 5157 indicates that a connection (Transport layer) is blocked while Event 5152 indicates that a packet (IP layer) is blocked.

Do you think that it could relate to that I can't synchronize offline folders?
How can I disable it or fix the problems cousing these events.

That could be the issue. For troubleshooting, disabling the firewall for the
test. or this link may help too.
