CMAK 1.3 on Vista and VPN Server List

Hello

We successfully created a CMAK Connectoid.
The CMAK has a text file, containing the region based VPN Server to select.

On Windows XP, they work fine.
But we have problem with the installation on Vista.

After installing with the setup and selecting the installation "for all
Users" the VPN Server list is empty.

Installing the same with the Option "my use only" it works perfect.

Where is the problem ?
