Help! Vista Cannot create dialup/VPN connections "The wizard cannot create the connection"

Hello Rhuges,

I have a similar problem with Windows Vista. Please explain me how to
setup a VPN on my machine. Even I am facing a problem with Internet
Explorer too.

Please help me in above mentioned issues.

I had the same problem. When I turned the UAC off it works again.

Start the telephony service

The "Telephony" service is not enough.

You also need to have the "Remote Access Connection Manager" service
started (although no event in Event Log seems to indicate the wizard
would need it )
