Have you successfully set up your Local Area Network (LAN) sharing? This
means that you are able to transfer files between all the computers. If
not, do this first.

Post back if you need more networking help.
Once the LAN file/printer sharing is set up correctly, share out the printer
on the machine to which it is connected. Then use the Add Printer utility
from Vista's Control Panel. Basic drivers are included in Vista.
