Network stop responding from around 7:30pm.

Hi, I am using Windows Vista Hme edition and facing a very new problem that
my network (local cable internet) stop responding and when i check isa
firewall client this respond error.
I have checked configuration many time but do not find any problem.
Hope someone will guide me on this.
