Network window blank!

I have vista home premium and I just clicked on Network on my Start Menu and
when it opened it looked like this! I've restarted my computer to see if that
would fix it but it's the same every time.

Can anyone help me?

This may be the same case of network and sharing center freezed. You may
need to add administrator to local service.
