How to add IP addresses to a network

I know this is probably simple. We have a simple Peer to Peer network. Each
PC has a specific IP address issued by the ISP, using workgroup to network.
Each PC has a cat 5 cable running to a hub. We have run out of IP addresses.
We need to add a few more PC's to the network without getting more from the
ISP. Now presume add another subnet but this would require another router or
switch?? Can anyone point to a simple how to?

Why not use a simple router, or do your computers need to be
individually identifiable (and attackable) from the Internet at large?
With the router, you only need one external address, and you have your
own internal addressing (typically 192.168.0.xxx).
