You may want to try VNC. The follwoing research result may help.

for others.

Exactly...! What you stated is right.VNC might be a better option but
security might be the question.You have to make sure that nobody is
trying to hack your system.Hope this helps.

Check out RHUB...they have a web conference appliance and a support appliance depending on what features you really need. Security is their big thing and you should feel confident with their approach. We've never had a problem with it. Check out Web Conferencing, Remote Support Software - RHUB Appliances. Best part is that once you own the appliance, you don't have "per use" fees again. Good luck!
