I could not configure IPSec under Vista to connect with this router.
However . . .
The NCP VPN client does work under Vista. It's a bit on the expensive
side ($144 US), however it works and, apparently, quite reliably. I
haven't finished my testing but it gave me full access to my home LAN,
including telnet to Linux devices, and has some good firewall
security. Once I got it configured (not easy -- lots of tweaking on
both my router and the VPN client) it was just a single click to
connect.
