Not a complete connection

i run Vista and a wireless network. I have connected to the internet, however
I cannot get msmessanger, p2p sites, windows live onecare to sign in. I have
gone through all the firewall settings and removed these programs from the
blocked list and even disabled it. I have gone through all bthe trouble
shooting advice to no avail.

Still I can't get a connection. The message is that the system is
temporarilly out of service. I go to the websdites and see if their system is
working andit always is. I know it has to do with my network setupo but for
the life of me I cannot find out were the problem lies.

If you can offer me some assistance I would truly apreciate it.
