Re: static ip address on a network bridge
I am using a Linksys WUSB54G Wireless USB adapter and the onboard network
adapter of a HP Workstation XW6200 which is a broadcom gigabit adapter. I can
reproduce it every time. I just selected both adapters in manage network
connections then click bridge connections after thats completed I right click
the bridge set the ip address, SNM, gateway and DNS servers click apply and
then ok and when I try to connect to the internet it doesn't work. Go back
into the properties of the bridge and the gateway address isn't there.
Cheers
