Shar Usb external hard drive

I have shared my external usb hard drive with full access, however, my other
computer on the network says access denied. My other computer can access my
internal hard drive with no proble.

For what users did you enable share access with full access?

I manually set the share by right clicking on the drive in computer and set
permissions for everyone to have full access. I did the same for my C drive
and all of the network computers can axcess the folders and files, but not
the external usb hard drive.
