RE: Vista Networking - Serious Problems

That is the same problem I had with The RC-1. My only cure was to format RC-1
and reinstall Beta 2 again. It connects perfectly with DHCP. I have read a
lot of the problems with getting on line with RC-1 and noticed there no
replys by the MVP's with an answer. There are plenty on the other Newsgroups.

First of all I am using a "newer" build than RC1 .. though I had the same
problem with RC2 also.

Anyways .. the problem has disappeared magically. I didn't change a thing
...it's possible that online update fetched something and fixed it .. but for
the past 3 days the networking starts up properly by itself. No wait ..
nothing .


but the frequency of blue screens is still the same .. at least once a day
... even when you aren't even touching the pc ..
