User & Group Permissions

hi

I have Vista home premium and I was just wondering if there is anyway I can
access the Local User and Groups area (like XP Pro had in the Computer
Management screen) or will I need to upgrade to Ultimate or Business to get
this feature.

I believe Vista is the same. Go to computer>Manager>Local Users and Groups.
