Remote Desktop Error - Vista to XP - after log in

hi, when I remote control from my home computer (Vista) to the office
computer (XP) by VPN, I can log in, however, after log in, it appear the
desktop of the office computer for only one second and then a message "
error" deails :

You may want to disable global autotuninglevel. This post may help.
