People Near Me

Hello everyone,
Can someone please answer a few question about the "People Near Me" Option
in Vista ?

1. Can it connect to MS LCS Servers ?

2. Can i do LDAP Searches ?

3. Can invite Groups instead of individuals to Meetings ?
