how to share internet in 2 laptop?

Hi,
I'm using dial up connection with internal modem.I current connect with
another laptop by wireless.I want to use another laptop to online instead of
the current one.
May I know how to do it?Both laptops are using windows vista home premium.
Last time I used windows xp for both laptop and link it up by using
cable.I able to use internet in both laptop.But now in windows vista I
couldn't use another one.
Please tell me how to set it up....
