unable to install network shared printer

hello,
W98SE workstation is sharing HP4100 printer. It is unable to install it on
Vistas.
Error 0x00000866
any suggestions?

but today, after two days:
Spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and was closed (due to Data
Execution Prevention) .. and no printer works at all.
