Server Execution Error (Cross Post)

My computer just started this today. Not sure what the deal it. It shows
that the internet connection is broken and won't allow me to fix it.
Although the internet seems to work from time to time. It does say "Server
Execution Error".

Anyone seen this or know a fix?

Where are you seeing this?
