network and sharing center doesnt let me do anything

I have windows vista and:
-I cannot play any of my songs on itunes.

-I have other user accounts on my computer that i can't log into, it just
turns to a blank screen.

-I can only log into the admin account.

-When I try to open the "network and sharing center", it shows up but it
wont let me click on ANY of the links on that window.

-It also says "server execution failed" on that same window.

Im assuming all these problems are related. But i REALLY need help

did u find a solution yet?
im having the same problems as well
its common but nbody seems to have a definite solution

i'm haveing the same issue
