changing power mode of wireless adapter causes BSOD.
I have a Linksys WUSB54GC, latest drivers.
In device manager, I can set it so that Windows never powers this device down.
In the power options control panel, I've set everything to high performance.
If I try to connect to a network (a DI-624 router) it will often BSOD and it
or some such thing.
If I go back to device manager and set the adapter so that windows can power
it off, then I no longer get this message.
There is something seriously wrong with wireless networking in this OS.
What else can I do?
