help:blue-screen error when connecting vpn whit l2tp protocol

My computer is Thinkpad x32.When I connecting the vpn whit l2tp protocol,it
give me a blue-screen error.The error information
is:'IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'.Is there any solution?
