Windows Vista can't connect my Airport Express Wireless Network

Hello,

My mom bought a new Windows Vista laptop couple days ago and I have a
MacBookPro here at home running on an Airport-Express network. When I try to
connect the Windows Vista laptop to the network it gives the message : "Can't
connect the network because of an unknown error..."
Is Airport Express compatible with Vista?
Could anybody mention the steps he or she did to make her Windows Vista
laptop run on an Airport Express wireless network?
