ASF is an older file format Microsoft developed.
Couple things you can try.
Easy: Try renaming the ASF file type to .wmv.
Harder: Re-encode using Microsoft's free Media Encoder to convert
to a .wmv format.
Best: Just play it in either XnView or GOM player.
