What is compatible with Vista

Hi can you tell me what sound cards and what Midi Keyboards are compatible
with Vista. Since I have bought Vista its been a night mare. I cant use my
sound card so I cant use my current midi player. I have searched for
keyboards or upgrade drivers for keyboards to work with Vista and they all
dont. Is there a way i can just buy XP again for a cheaper price untill the
companies take Vista seriously.
