Youtube videos start but won't finish

Hi,Chrome has the latest flashplayer,but youtube vids. start,stop w/the spinning circle.If I can pause it while it's playing and then wait,it will only play maybe 8 secs. and vids. over. With IE or Firefox the spinning circle only,the videos never actually plays.

I've uninstalled-reinstalled Chrome,Firefox,flashplayers.Disabled hardware accelerator.I've a Dell Inspiron 1545 w/Vista home basic 32 bit.Help! Youtube used to work fine.Don't know what changed.Hope someone knows what to do!Thanks,Chewbaca.twelborn40@yahoo.com
