WMP11 & Vista Ultimate wont playback ripped songs from CD's : C00D

I have Sigma Tel. HD Audio Codecs and have removed "all enhancements" from
Speaker, Headphone, & SPDIF Sigma Tel. Codecs. in Control Panel/Sound/etc.
I have also updated "InDIV"version from 2.5.0.0 to version 2.8.0.1.
I have updated my Sigma Tel. drivers.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT 512MB PCI-Express video/audio card.
I have contacted tech. help from my PC manufacturer and they are stumped too.
I am getting error message:"WMP encountered a problem while playing the
file. For additional assistance click web help". This then shows 2 error
codes:
WMP error message code C00D11B1 & C00D7159 which indicate some kind of
problems with DRM's (Digital Rights Managements).
Anybody out there with some ideas??
Greatly appreciate it.....cause all I'm hearin' is "DA BLUES"!
