"COM Surrogate has stopped working" HELP!

Hello all, i am new,
When looking though my videos and pictures i get a COM Surrogate error
message pop up, i have tryed these things the try and sort the problem but i
am still having this problem

when i try and turn of DEP for dllhost my system had problems starting and
FRAPS will stop starting up.
Does any one know any things about this and any possable work around?

Please help me!!

Go to Control Panel > Problem Reports and Solutions
In the View problem history, right click on the problem and select View problem
details
Click the Copy to clipboard link in the lower left corner and past in a reply to
this message
(the bucket ID can help find the culprit)

According to that, that's a crash in nevideo.ax , and the crash report tool
should have pointed that out and offered to take you to Nero's site. Have
you gotten their updated codec?
